  1. You need 3 cups of flour.
  2. You need 3 cups of sugar, you can add more or less.
  3. Prepare 1 tbs of vanilla flavour.
  4. You need 2 of jumbo eggs.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of veg oil.
  6. It's 1 cup of milk (diluted).
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Baking soda.
  8. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  9. Prepare 1 cup of carrot (greated).

  4. Using a spatula add flour and milk in 3 batch till mixed..
  5. Butter and dust with flour your 2 seprate 6inch pan and share your batter equally..
  6. Bake for 45mins use tooth pick to check if baked...
